ARES CRF is suitable for homogenization annealing of copperalloy casting blank strip coils and for recrystallization annealingof intermediate rolled copper alloy strip coils under protectiveatmosphere.The furnace is equipped with a roller bottommaterial transfer mechanism:The heat and cold roller conveyorsallow for a closed-loop circulation of trays in the production area.Meanwhile, loading and unloading coil upenders work inconjunction with loading transfer vehicles, so that copperstrip coils are transferred automatedly in the furnace.

 

The furnace is heated by gas or electric radiant tubes together withhigh-convection circulating fans, contributing to uniform furnacetemperature and low energy consumption.As the thermal treatmentprocess is protected by nitrogen-based atmosphere, the coil surfaceis bright and oxidation-free after the treatment.After annealing, thecopper coils are cooled rapidly by highly efficient jet cooling devicesstill under protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation after beingdischarged from the furnace.

BRIGHT HEAT-TREATMENT LINE FOR COPPER STRIP

ARES CSL is suitable for solid solution, recrystallization or stressrelief annealing of copper alloy strips under H2 or N2/H2 protectiveatmosphere, in which copper strips are overhung in the high-temperaturesection and have thus no contact with furnace rollers.Therefore, thesurface of copper strips is bright, oxidation-free and without scratchesafter the heat treatment.

Within the range of 300 °C to l100 °℃, the heat treatment furnace canbe set atany temperature to meet process requirements of alloy copperstrip thicknesses between 0.1 and 1.5mm.

 

Furnace heating is divided into two sections: The convectionsection and the radiation section.The convection sectionis heated by high-convection circulating fans, throughwhich copperstrips can be quickly heated upto a maximumof 850°C.The radiation section adopts a radiation tubeheating mode, where the furnace temperature is up to1100 °Cmaximum.Thecooling section utilizes high-efficientjet cooling devices to quickly cool copper strips, so thatthe temperature of strips at the outlet is less than 80℃.

 

CSL occupies a small area and is applicable to a widerange of processes, which can replace flotation furnacesand vertical annealingfurnaces without doubt. T5 HEAT TREATMENT LINE FOR AL-ALLOY CASTINGS

ARF frameless continuous T5 aging heat treatment line (Roller hearth furnace), the patented product of ARES(Patent No.: 2016214652471), is suitable for the aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy automobile engine block and other parts. ARES has developed a double-deck roller hearth structure based on the single-deck pass-through heat treatment line according to the needs of users. After adopting the double-deck operation mode, the furnace occupies a smaller area and consumes less energy per unit of production, which is a new generation of aging heat treatment equipment for aluminum alloy engine blocks.

 

A high-quality self-preheating combustion system results in low energy consumption and low NOx emission. Strong convection circulation and pulse combustion control system accelerate the heating speed while maintaining good temperature uniformity  within ±3℃, avoiding over-burning of workpieces and reducing their deformation. ARES patented high-efficiency jet cooling device (Patent No. 2018208551627) is of high cooling efficiency. The discharging temperature of the workpiece is only 10℃ above the ambient temperature. T7 HEAT TREATMENT LINE FOR AL-ALLOY CASTINGS

Roller hearth T7 heat treatment line for Al-alloy castings is engineered specifically for  the solid solution and aging heat treatment process of aluminum alloy thin-walled structural parts such as shock towers. To accommodate varying workpiece dimensions and weights, options include single-layer baskets, automated stacking multi-layer baskets (Patent No.: 2016214624611). The system utilizes adjustable air quenching to optimize both the rate and uniformity of cooling, thereby minimizing the risk of workpiece deformation.

 

A high-quality combustion system not only curtails energy consumption but also keeps NOx emissions to a minimum. Enhanced by strong convection circulation and a pulse combustion control system, the line rapidly heats while preserving excellent temperature uniformity within ±3℃ in both the solution and aging furnaces. Adopting continuous production mode, the process is stable with higher temperature control accuracy and better temperature uniformity. 

 

The cooling speed is fast. The workpiece temperature drops below 200 ℃ within 2.5 minutes, and the quenching transfer time is less than 10 seconds. ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE FOR TUBES UNDER PROTECTIVE GAS

The TRF-B series continuous tube treatment lines with roller hearth furnace under a protective atmosphere is suitable for non-oxidation normalizing, tempering, and annealing heat treatment processes of various steel pipes in industries such as machinery, automobile, petroleum, boiler, precision pipe, etc.


ARES TRF-B heat treatment line adopts nitrogen/RX gas as a protective atmosphere and indirect heating by radiation tubes combined with pulse combustion control. The steel tube is evenly and stably heated during the heating and insulation process, and the temperature control accuracy of heat treatment is high. The tube surface is smooth and bright after the treatment, achieving decarburization-free heat treatment of precision automotive pipes. The heat treatment line can also be equipped with a vacuum lock chamber for the heat treatment of special-shaped pipes.


ARES patented technology JCU (Jet Cooling Unit) can achieve a uniform and rapid cooling of materials in a protective atmosphere during the normalizing process. ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE FOR CrNi STEEL TUBES UNDER H2

TRF-H series heat treatment line is designed by ARES for various heat treatment processes such as bright solid solution and softening annealing of CrNi steel tubes. It adopts a 100% hydrogen protection atmosphere and a pulse-controlled recuperative burner system equipped with Si-SiC radiation tubes for indirect heating. The tube is evenly heated and cooled during the heat treatment process, whose surface is bright and oxidation-free after the treatment.
