ARES Industrial Furnace (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was founded by Chairman Mr. He SU, who graduated from Northeastern University majoring in thermal engineering and has been engaged in the heat treatment industry for more than 40 years. With a wealth of industry experience and professional knowledge, he leads the technical team with a forward-looking concept, so that the company has been focusing on product details, technology upgrades, and R&D investment. Before the country's full implementation of green manufacturing and the goals of realizing carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the industrial field, ARES Furnace has long been ahead of the strategic layout: To develop the industrial furnace data processing system regardless of the cost. When the industry had not yet introduced the concept of digitization, the Industrial Furnace Data Analysis System (FDAS) was developed independently and became one of ARES’s invention patents. Taking ‘digitalization, visualization and analyzability' as the goal, ARES R&D team combines heat treatment technologies with ‘Digital Twin Technology’, which empowers and smartens industrial furnaces, so as to comprehensively improve the intelligent level of ARES industrial furnaces and to realize the low-carbon and environmental protection.
