ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE FOR TUBES UNDER PROTECTIVE GAS
The TRF-B series continuous tube treatment lines with roller hearth furnace under a protective atmosphere is suitable for non-oxidation normalizing, tempering, and annealing heat treatment processes of various steel pipes in industries such as machinery, automobile, petroleum, boiler, precision pipe, etc.
ARES TRF-B heat treatment line adopts nitrogen/RX gas as a protective atmosphere and indirect heating by radiation tubes combined with pulse combustion control. The steel tube is evenly and stably heated during the heating and insulation process, and the temperature control accuracy of heat treatment is high. The tube surface is smooth and bright after the treatment, achieving decarburization-free heat treatment of precision automotive pipes. The heat treatment line can also be equipped with a vacuum lock chamber for the heat treatment of special-shaped pipes.
ARES patented technology JCU (Jet Cooling Unit) can achieve a uniform and rapid cooling of materials in a protective atmosphere during the normalizing process. The maximum furnace temperature of the TRF heat treatment line can reach up to 1100 ℃, and the normalized cooling rate of thin-walled steel pipes can reach 200 ℃/min.
ARES Intelligent Control System has been applied to TRF series heat treatment lines, which has been equipped with Heat Treatment Line Remote Service System (RDMS) and Industrial Furnace Production Data Intelligent Analysis System (FDAS). The use of the above technologies can greatly improve the stability of product quality, enhance equipment efficiency, and reduce production costs.

ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE FOR CrNi STEEL TUBES UNDER H2
TRF-H series heat treatment line is designed by ARES for various heat treatment processes such as bright solid solution and softening annealing of CrNi steel tubes. It adopts a 100% hydrogen protection atmosphere and a pulse-controlled recuperative burner system equipped with Si-SiC radiation tubes for indirect heating. The tube is evenly heated and cooled during the heat treatment process, whose surface is bright and oxidation-free after the treatment. The maximum furnace temperature of the TRF-H heat treatment line can reach up to 1180 ℃, and the cooling rate of thin-walled tubes can reach 300 ℃/min thanks to ARES patented technology JCU (Jet Cooling Unit).

ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE FOR BRIGHT HEAT-TREATMENT OF PRECISION TUBES
TRF-P series heat-treatment line is designed for tubes and pipes multifarious heat-treatment process by ARES. The material of tubes and pipes include of bearing steel, low alloy steel etc. Various process can be fulfilled in TRF-P, such as spheroidizing annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, tempering etc. Nitrogen and RX gas are used as protective atmosphere inTRF-P, decarbonization of tubes and pipes during the heat-treatment will be smothered. Recuperative burner system being equipped with radiation tube to heat the material in furnaces. Vacuum chamber is an option of TRF-P.
ARES Intelligent Control System has been used on TRF-P series heat treatment line and configured with " RDMS- heat treatment line remote service system", "FDAS- industrial furnace production data intelligent analysis system" . The use of the above technology can greatly improve the stability of product quality, improve the efficiency of equipment and reduce the production cost.
