ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE FOR HEAT-TREATMENT OF BARS
BRF series heat-treatment line is designed for bars heat-treatment process by ARES. The steel grade of bars include: bearing steel, spring steel, alloy structural steel, cold heading steel etc. Various process can be fulfilled in BRF, such as spheroidizing annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, isothermal normalizing, tempering etc. BRF series heat treatment line adopts nitrogen protection atmosphere, Recuperative burner system with indirect heating of radiant tube with pulse control. The material is heated and cooled evenly in the heat treatment process. After heat treatment, the surface of the material is smooth,non-oxidation and micro decarburization.
ARES Intelligent Control System has been used on BRF series heat-treatment line and configured with " RDMS- heat treatment line remote service system", "FDAS- industrial furnace production data intelligent analysis system" . The use of the above technology can greatly improve the stability of product quality, improve the efficiency of equipment and reduce the production cost.

VRL-L series heat-treatment line pioneered by ARES is suitable for continuous quenching and tempering, normalizing, annealing, solid solution, and other heat treatments of large-diameter thick-walled tubes and bars of alloy steels, alloy structural steels, nickel-chromium steels, etc. With diameters ranging from 80-400mm. VRL production lines can have different equipment combinations for different heat treatment process requirements.
The heating furnace of VRL-L heat treatment lines adopts V-shaped inclined rollers, which enables the furnace to have a heat straightening function: under high temperatures, the constraint of the furnace rollers on the raw material can improve its straightness during the heating process. Adopting the self preheating burner heating system, the furnace temperature is accurately controlled.
The quenching machine adopts an annular air or water ring to achieve an all-round strong and uniform cooling of the treated materials, ensuring the quenching depth and straightness of the material and reducing the straightening process. According to demand, the tempering heat treatment furnace can be equipped with either V-shaped inclined rollers or flat rollers, and there is a cooling device behind the tempering furnace to avoid material brittleness during tempering.
In addition, The VRL-L series heat treatment line can be configured with Heat Treatment Line Remote Service System (RDMS) and Industrial Furnace Production Data Intelligent Analysis System (FDAS).

Thanks to the recuperative burner heating system, the furnace temperature is accurately controlled while achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.
According to demand, the tempering heat treatment furnace can be equipped with either V-shaped inclined rollers or flat rollers, and the tempering furnace is equipped with a cooling device behind to avoid material brittleness during tempering.
